1. Log into your Marketplace account.

2. Under My Applications & Coverage, select your 2023 application — not your 2024 application.

3. Select Tax forms from the menu on the left.

4. Under Your Forms 1095-A for Tax Filing, click Download [PDF], and follow download steps based on your browser.

Your Return has Rejected because you need form 1095-A

If you can not get your 1095-A form,​You may have to mail your return.
